If you duplicate a campaign email or series of emails in an automation one of the challenges is recognizing the email sequence that you’ve copied. The name of the email, the name you see as that author not the client, is identical and may not relate to the new automation/series that you are using it for.
There are a couple ways to fix that. The easiest is when you are going over those new messages and making any edits. As you work through the ActiveCampaign ‘Campaign Summary’ the last stop shows you all of the settings you’ve made before delivery. This is the quickest place to make that change.
