New Features in LifterLMS for selling courses

LearnDash isn’t the only way to sell courses online using WordPress. A number of our other sites use a LMS called LifterLMS.

This is great plugin in the WordPress community that uses a different business model. They give away the core software and charge for the extensions/addons that enhance the free version.

The other big difference is taking payments for the LifterLMS course you are selling. Lifter focuses on keeping the transaction inside the plugin.

Well good news is that this week Lifter has added some brand new features in a major upgrade. Here’s the announcement and some details:

LifterLMS 5.0 is here!

This upgraded new version of LifterLMS brings you the power to build and customize your student information forms (like the checkout form for example) using a simple point and click interface constructed on top of the WordPress block editor.

Customization like:

– the removal of default fields
– changing the text of field labels
– reordering fields within a form
– much much more

… and all this is possible without any code or professional help.
